I thought that I would tell off on one of my buddies. A friend of his went out riding 4 wheelers and stuck a polaris in the end of the lake. I guess too many cold ones led to more bad decisions and he tried to pull the wheeler out with a 38" bogger equipted bow tie and of corse he stuck it. He called my friend that has a 79 Bronco with 40" tsl's. He went in the hole in front wheel drive only. got stuck. He called me the next day, We winched his truck out with mine and replaced his rear drive shaft. As he was trying to turn around he burried his bronco. After calling more help we attempted a winch recovery with 2 winches and a truck jerking and snatching. When we finally gave up around midnight after burning up a 12000# warn winch. He couldnt open the doors. It took a D8 dozer with a huge winch to pull him out. I missed the recovery and he conventialy forget to take pictures even tho he took a camera. This is one of the worst stucks I have yet to see. It's all fine as long as it is some one elses truck. It all started over a stuck wheeler and a drunk bow tie owner.
sounds sweet, i got my bronco burried this weekend as well, i took it to the mud bogs and well.. when i was finished the 40" boggers were under mud and my gas tank was sitting on solid mud. the dozer broke a 5" strap trying to pull me out!!!
Got to love it.
Getting stuck is the worst part, but it makes things interesting.
I lost all 4 of my tires in a deep hole last time I went out in the bronco, and when I opened the door the slushy mud/water and water poored in. Didn't take as mush as I would of thought to get me out... 2 F150 4x4s on dry ground jurking with straps.
the only bad thing about it is when the strap broke and my bronco is open in the back and it broke on the dozer end, the whole thing came into the cab and hit the passenger seat, that was scary!!!
