suspention block
i have a 92 ranger 4x4 and i was looking under is and there is a block under the lean spring and i was wondering if that is normal or its a lift? it doesnt look high because my lean spring is cracked and saggy

Do you mean your leaf spring? If there's what looks like a rectangular chunk of metal between the spring perch and your spring then its got a lift block in it. Could have been the previous owners cheap way out of replacing sagged rear leafs. Or they wanted an inch or two of more ground clearance. Its certainly not factory, but it wont hurt anything so long as its secure in its place. You might check out the front as well for a spacer in the front coil since they did it back there.
