Engine I.D.

I have a 98 F150 ext. cab with what is supposed to be a 4.6l engine. According to the vin decoder it is a 4.6. According to the decal on the valve cover it is a 4.6. there are 13 valve cover bolts on the left side so according to the Haynes manual it is a 4.6. But, on the heads it says 5.4 Alloy A RF-F75E-6090-C20A. what do i have? this truck has approx. 200,000 miles on it. when i bought it it had the original date-coded plug wires still on it. I doubt the engine has had anything done to it. I am planning on a rebuild because of lack of oil pressure after warm-up. (I already replaced the sending unit so I know that is not the problem.) The engine is out and I need to get started on the rebuild but I need to know what I have so i can get the correct parts. Thanks for any help you can give.

It's should be a 4.6
4.6 and 5.4 use the same heads.

5.4L engines all had COPs. No plug wires.
