It is very easy. Pull the A pillar plastic piece off of the door, it simply pries off. Then pull the foam insulation off. You will now see the 3 bolts for the mirror I think the nut is 10mm, take the 3 nuts off, hardest part is not losing them in the door. Now you may be able to pull the plug up enough to unplug it, if not you will have to take the door panel off. It is also very easy, take the plug off the panel near the door handle and remove the bolt holding the handle on, then take the screws out of the panel. Once you have them off lift the panel up about an inch then pull it away from the door. There will be plastic or foam insulation that needs to be pulled back to get inside the door and to the plug.
