93 E150 ...possibly fuel pump issue
93 E150 been sitting for a little while.
engine turns over, but won't start.
before I started working on it, I would hear the fuel pump come on (higher pitched whine).
Now I do not hear that noise at all. Should I be hearing that every time I tunr the van to the "ON" position?
Where on the E150 is the fuel pump fuse located at?
Thanks for the input.

yes, you should hear that whine every time. That pressurizes the fuel rails. you can test the pressure with a guage you get at an auto parts store. look for the valve (just like you see on a bike tire) on the fuel rail.
And I am not 100% sure but I'd bet your pump is in the tank.
I have one truck with only one tank...one time the connector where the dual tank switch would be came loose. Even though I have only one tank there was still the wiring for where the switch would go, there was just no switch. This caused the pump to not get power. Not sure you have this same thing on a van but it is worth looking into.

I really appreciate everyone's help! You guys have been invaluable in helping me get the van running.
First problem turned out to be the starter relay.
Second problem turned out to be the fuel pump relay.
I'm glad they were simple and inexpensive fixes.
Now it's time to clean it up and sell it!!
Take care.
