salvage titles
I'm looking into a '95 bronco xlt. it has a salvage title, but the guy who's selling it bought it after the salvage title and had it for two years. he says there's no problems with it and he has all the maintenence records. is this too risky?
he wants 5500 for it and it has about 86k miles.

I'd never pay that much for a salvage title. What the man says and the reality could be light-year aparts.... remember, in most states used car sales are final without warranty. I got burned once years ago --- never again.
