Wheelbase Measurement for E-Brake Cable

Wheelbase Measurement for E-Brake Cable

Hey all,

I've got a 76 Supercab 2wd, and I'm looking to replace the e-brake system, but don't know what my wheelbase dimensions are - broncograveyard only lists wheelbase dimensions in their description of cable lengths.

Is my Supercab 116", 133", or 155"?

(I'm assuming it's the 155")

Wheel Base is listed on the Rating (VIN) Plate ~ Second line under W.B.

OR

D6TZ-2853-H .. Front Brake Cable ~ 155" wheelbase

If that is missing, it's easy to determine. If the supercab has the 8ft bed, it's a 155". If it has the short 6 3/4 bed, it's 138".

117 and 133 are for regular cab, 6 3/4 and 8' beds, respectively.

do it the easy way, get the front wheels kind of straight. measure from center of front wheel to center of rear wheel (on same side of truck of course). i just did it on my truck for the same reason.
