All I can tell you is that the ones I have seen are a lot like conversion vans on the inside, custom seats, trim, consoles, etc. Sometimes this is good, sometimes it's cheesy. Can't say which it is in this case as I've never taken a long look.
They were available in 1/2t or 1t configs - my opinion: get the 1t! 10.25 rear, D60 front and a 460. . . SWEET! Not sure if Centurion used the 7.3?
Don't know if this will help much, but go to ebay and under ebay motors do a search for centurion. There are a few auctions right now with some great pics.
