flowmaster exhaust

I've got a 1996 f-150 4.9/5-speed and I have a 3" flowmaster exhaust that I took off of my old truck when I sold it.It has a "70 series big block" muffler on the exhaust now and was wondering if I should go for the full on sound with a 40 series muffler. wasn't sure if it would sound good or not. thanks

I've got a 40 series on mine..sound s good when you can hear it over the power steering pump.....

It gives a pretty good rumble at part throttle. My only complaint with my 40 is that it gets pretty ricey above about 3100 rpm.
