Diffrent mount for spare - Have you seen it?
Hi FTE,
I have a quick question, I bought my 97 xlt exp. 4x4 a little while back (great truck). I have a custom split exhaust that runs thru my spare tire area. I also have 315x75x16 tires that I believe would not fit there anyway. My question is, do they make, or have you seen and external spare tire carrier (I guess like a jeep) that will hold a BIG spare. I do not want to put it on the roof, and it takes too much space in back lying flat. I was thinking as a fall back I might put a plate on plastic and drill thru and anchor the tire upright inside in back - not my first choice, but a plan none the less. Thank you in advance!

Hey,
Thank you Monsta. The e-trailer looks just perfect. Maybe later pick up the other, however this looks simple (simple things for simple minds!). I will order one on Monday - They should cut you a commission. Sealer not a bad idea - but when I used one before my tire guy beat me about the head - good for me, PITA for him!
