If this was a completely cold start & 2 minute idle, imo things didn't havea chance to warm up enough to evaporate all condensation.
The computer doesn't activate the EGR at idle, or if the engine is cold.
There is an easy read about the EGR system & lots of other helpful info, in our "Tech Info" thread, located atop this forums thread listing page.
