Engine rattling at shift points
It's a 99 F-350 with 150,000 and auto tranny. If I accelerate hard I get a Rattling, ticking or pinging (?) at the point when the tranny gets ready to shift. It does it hot or cold. high or low octane gas. It doesnt matter if I'm pulling a load or not. What does matter is if I accelerate easy and not rev it high it will not do it. It's done this since I got it at around 135,000 miles. I'm leaning towards problems in the valve train or exhaust leak but not 100 percent sure. You have helped me in the past and I could sure use it again. Thanks

Like Rich said, sounds like exhaust heat shields or the bellhousing cover - although the last one usually does it at 1700-2200RPMs, but anything's possible.
I'd also check the serpentine belt, and the fan clutch. Weird noises during shifts can be a bunch of things. Check your motor mounts
And u-joints, even... unless you KNOW it's coming from up-front.
