turbo hlep

About two years ago my turbo was puting out 24 to 26 pounds no i am lucky if I can hit 15 lb. I have check all the boots, the waste gate, and vacum lines to the gauges and exhaust leaks and replace the map sensor. It seem that turbo spool up you can hear in the cab but cany seem to the boost i had two years ago. I have installed 4" exhaust with banks brake, big head watse gate, quick turbo housing and high boost compressor wheel and I am current ly running super chips with high performace tow. I am showing one code exshaust persure sensor does this have anything to do with trubo.

The line between the manifold and the sensor is probably plugged up with soot and could be causing the exhaust backpressure valve to stick closed. If you look on the passenger exhaust manifold you will see a line, follow the line up to the sensor and remove the line and clean it out.

It has been said the best way to clean that line is by using a grease gun.....attach the grease gun to the line and fill it with grease. this will push the soot right out and you should get a health black cloud when the grease burns off. Don't know why it would decrease the psi, another shade tree mechanic can help with that answer and teach me a thing or two.
