Engine Light

I own a 1997 7.3 with 165,000 miles. The engine light is on and the diagnostic code was 1376.
Could somebody please explain what that might mean?

Don't know what that code is. I can't find it listed in any of the online lists and my real info is at my dads shop. Maybe other have something handy.

manufacture control Ignition system or misfire is what my program comes up with, is it doing anything weird, and when yhou clear it does it come back?

I doubt that is a valid code.

P1376 Ignition Coil - Cylinder 6 - Early Activation Fault

The scanner must be able to read diesels (Ford enhanced) codes.
