I have a 95psd and i noticed that the overflow for the antifreeze is low. Its about a 1/2 or 3/4 of an inch below the cold fill line. I dont believe it was always like this.
Can i just poor some more antifreeze in the over flow to fill it up to the cold fill line and if so what kind should i use. I dont know whats in there now.
If it's green, put in green AF. If it's gold colored use the Ford extended coolant stuff. All you need to do is add up to the full line but the small amount you're talking about is Not a concern IMO. Keep an eye on it over the next couple days, if it stays the same, drive the snot outta it.
Check your SCA's like powerstroked162 says. You will need a litmus (sp) test strip. Dunk it in the tank and follow the directions. Pick up some FW16 at your dealership or order some on the net. Someone will be by shortly to give you a link.
