Chapter memberships

''An automated routine was run this morning which removed chapter membership from those who don't have the chapter's state/region listed in their profile.''
Please check your profiles, be sure it has your chapter membership listed and your location.
It also states that only members living in the chapter's geographic location can be a member of that chapter.
''1. Having a more accurate picture of the number of folks in your region who are interested and/or active in the chapter.
2. It will allow us to send legislative alerts to those impacted by pending automotive related legislation, while not sending it to those who aren't impacted.
3. In regards to #2, it will also allow us to do contests, offers, giveaways, group buys, etc., that are regional in nature. For instance, if a vendor is doing a dyno day we can notify chapter members who are more likely to be close enough to actually attend.
4. It encourages users to keep their user record up to date if they move to a new region and wish to join a new chapter (you'd be surprised at how many folks don't update user records with new email addresses, locations, etc.).''

Oh man that is weird for me lol! How does it work since I kind of live in two different provinces, and work in another one even? Maybe i can post a pic of my sask licence plates in front of my BC house?

The only other chapter we can belong to other than the one we live in is the International Chapter https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum141/
We can post in all the chapters the same as before, just can`t be a member so not too much has changed.

Of course you`re still a member Dustin and can post almost anywhere on FTE except afew such as the mod`s and chapter leader`s section.
