Newb here, few questions

Hey guys, newb here, and have a few questions about my truck. First off, its a 2001 f-150 with the 4.2 sixer 2wd XLT. It just hit 100,000 miles, and has yet to break down. It does however have the SES light on. I scanned it and it showed that both banks were running lean. The symptoms of the truck include a rough idle, and a tendency to almost stall when put into gear. It doesnt stall, but it almost gets there. It also does this if i turn on the a/c at an idle, or roll up or down the windows all the way and put a strain on the electrical. My first thought would be vacuum leak, but under the hood is insane, i can barely see anything. Are there any common areas prone to having vacuum leaks that i could check first? Any other things that would cause this problem? Thanks in advance for the input!

hi, check the 90 degree rubber boot under the middle of the inlet manifold. you can trace it from the pasenger side rocker cover where the vacuum pipe starts. the elbow perishes and could cause all the problems you discribe. good luck bokker.
