EBPV operation
I recently traded up from a 97 f350 PSD to a 99 f250 psd. After startup my 97 cycled the EBPV and my 99 doesn't. Do I have a problem? Thanks to all you guys and this site for the help over the years.

Couple questions back at ya: 
How are you able to tell whether it's cycling when you start up?
Does the valve still close when the temps are cold? It won't close unless the intake air and oil temps are cool enough.
