Brush Guards

I was looking at getting one of the Westin Sportsman Brush Guards but found a Hunter Brush Guard that looks almost identical. Has anybody heard anything or experienced anything bad or good about these Hunter Guards?

P.S. it's for an 03' Ranger.

It will probably be ok, I have a Big Country brushguard, and I have never heard of Big Country until I got my truck (the brushguard came with the truck).

Actually I've never even heard of them.

Do you have a link or a place where we could look at one of them?

Welcome to FTE.

i havent heard of them either. the last brush guard i bought came from the junk yard with no name on it. (cost a whopping $40 bucks + paint lol) the way i see it, as long as it keeps the bushes out of the grill, then it has to be ok. around my area the most popular bumper or bumber attachment is smittybuilt stuff, though i dont know if they make stuff for the lil rangers.

Well first of all smittybuilt's are the @#$%, but anyways, go to ebay and search for: "03 ford ranger brush guard" and you'll find it for 239.00$ with free shipping. it looks identical to the westin but about 200.00$ cheaper. it is modular, but i'm in the navy and know a couple welders. so that can be taken care of. don't order them all fella's.

My truck brush guard is a Westin Sportsman... It came with my truck when I bought it... I'm quite satisfied with it and does not look bad either... Goodluck though... Hope you find a brush guard that would perfectly fit your vehicle...

I've never heard of it either, but wouldn't be to afraid to order it, it's kinda hard to screwup a brushguard.
