Not a difficult task, and you can do it with the bumper in place, but it makes it easier if the bumper is removed. You have several bolts to remove, as well as removing the side running light lens assembly and all the screws for the inner fender. Two of the bolts (8mm head, IIRC) are at the rear of the fender, one top, one bottom. I forget the number of bolts, but you have several under the hood along the top of the fender, two for the front fascia, and two to four for the radiator core support. It's been a while since I've yanked one of these fenders and replaced 'em, but that should be about it. Hope this helps.
