The PMS is strong then. 
Congrats on the new aquisition.
While you are harpooning the fuel tank, make some plans to migrate your fuel pump to the end of the pickup. Not many people have done that, but IMO it is the best. After that is done there is NO WAY for any air to get introduced to the fuel unless you run the tank out of fuel and it starts to gulp air from the bottom of the pickup tube.
