i need a vacuum diagram for my new to me 78 F150 SC 400 engine. i went to autozone they did not have one for a 78 400 but had for a 79 but it was too small for me to read. can someone post a pic' of one i can get detail of. my 78 only has one hose from carb to the dist. if it helps its a auto trans the water neck has two vacuum switches one has two prongs the other has three prongs for hoses. thanks

What do you mean by the statement: "but it was too small for me to read?"
What part do you want, a dizzy vacuum advance diaphram, or something else?
If it's the dizzy vacuum advance, there's only one listed for your application, It was used on all 1977/79 F100/350's 400 - A/T, as long as it's non California. If you find this one I listed is incorrect, the truck may be from CA, or the dizzy has been changed, not uncommon on a 30 year old vehicle. To verify if the dizzy is correct, look at the body below where the cap rests...there's an ID number there, Sample: D7AE-12127-EA or D7TE-12127-AP
A simple Haynes manual isn't good for much, but do have info like that. Autozone website even has vac diagrams for a lot of vehicles in the repair section.
