ok on dimensions, i want them all. like the top the top is a 14"x4" bottom 14"x8" sides from 8" on bottom to 4" on top front 14"x14" idk kinda an example so an in depth listing would be good thanks
You should also consider the amount of airspace the sub wants. I made one to fit behind the seat, but it ended up about half the airspace needed for the subs, so it sounded like crap
As far as needing dimensions for a box behind the seat, just go out and measure it. I built one for my last truck (1990 Chevy half ton), and made a template out of cardboard first to see if what I measured would indeed fit. If you're putting a sub in, make sure to check what airspace your box will have like Fordguy said. The whole process took me a weekend from start to finish, and the result was amazing. Let me know if you have any specific questions about it.
that is true since that what my tryck is lol 360 FE Glass packs, and Dual Exhaust so ya i guess i need a lound stereo. but do you think you can git the sub not facing the seat but facing the middle of the cab left to right like two tens or so?
WOW! Some of you guys appear to have more in your sound systems than I do in my whole truck! Anyway, pictures in my gallery show my powered subwoofer in the back (left to right) with 2 6" in it. I use this plus 6 1/2" in the doors, and crossoevers for 2 dome tweeters on the dash. I have never had a problem making my CDs loud enough or clear enough and the bass can shake your teeth. I just can't justify spending thousands in sound system for the truck... Cause I can't afford it ! Good luck!
