What's It Worth?
I'm looking at a 2000 Expedition Eddie Bauer with leather and pretty much all the options including quad captain's chairs. Mileage is at 109000. Pretty much the exterior and interior are mint. I have not driven it yet but for your answers assume it is well maintained and runs fine (I won't buy it if it is not). I know the values are down for these big utes with gas being so high and all, so I'm just looking for opinions on a fair price.
KBB is something like $12k, the dealer is asking about $9k. What do you think? Here's a picture:

I paid $8k for our 97 expie XLT 4x4 with 74k miles. We paid cash with money left from refinancing the house.
Mileage gets too high and you may have issues getting it financed, if that's the route you have to go.

It will be a cash purchase. I have been looking around and it seems most Expies with this kind of mileage and of the 98, 99, or 00 model years are asking from $7.5k to $10k around here. Seems like this one is priced right, but just wanted other opinions. I have a car I hope to sell first before buying, and there's no shortage of Expies for sale, so I have a bit of time.
