I found it at local auto paint supply house,(its where the body shops get it, and most sell to public) it was only 7.50 for the large can. and It even had the Ford color code for my year interior. also get a can of filmless plastic cleaner, it will clean the plastic and leave no residue.
Hello all! Where does everyone get their paint to paint the gauge pods with? I am having a hard time finding spray cans.
Thanks
We usaully get it when we buy the gauge pod or have it painted before delivery. ITP also sells it but you may want to follow bdrummonds' suggestion and save on postage and time. I bet you can get it from the dealer too if you're a sado.

If you can match the color Duplicolor has Fusion Plastic Paint. I used it on my grill and it has held up well
Here's a testimony regarding the Fusion paint that is made especially for plastics...
I spent 9 years in Southeast Texas (Beaumont) in a historic house. The vinyl shutters were horrible. Having 54 windows that were 3'x6', I simply could not justify the expense of replacing the shutters, so we finally took them off the house and painted them. I used the Fusion paint due to the research I did, expecting the paint to hold up well.
Here's the deal... 6 days after re-installing the newly painted shutters, Hurrican Rita blew her way through town and did enormous amounts of damage throughout our neghborhood. Many homes were completely devastated. Since we were located 8 streets into the neghborhood, those on the perimeter took the brunt of the devastation, but we also saw extensive shingle damage and one room was actually pushed away from the house. We were very fortunate!! When I finally got back into town to start work again, I looked over the shutters and found absolutely NO damage at all to them!
If the Fusion paint can stand up to hurricane winds for hours and hours and show no signs of peeling, flaking, or chipping from contact with high velocity debris... it should hold up pretty well on the insde of the cab... assuming that you can match the color, of course. They do have a large selection of color choices, adn I found the largest selection at an ACE hardware store.
