If I do an 8 inch lift and need to have my drive shaft lenghtened where would I go? Any idea on how much or how quick they can get it done?
There are shops that specialize in making/repairing driveshafts. If you can't find one locally, call someone that deals in big rig repairs, they'll usually have a source.
How long will it take? Dunno...My guess it would depend on how busy the shop is, and where it is.
Costs can vary, it depends on the amount of work required, and it sometimes depends on the customers additude.

Well, you can do a carrier bearing drop instead of getting it lengthened. Although, since I have a once piece driveshaft, I had to get mine lengthened for my lift. I went to a place locally called Phoenix Rack and Axle, dropped it off when they opened, and they had it ready for me at the end of the day (both the front and rear axles).
i have an 8 inch lift and you need to get ahold of jessies hi angle drive lines, i went through the carrier spaces different blocks angles if you want NO vibrations get one of these drivelines they work great from 0-to whatever your truck will go
