You would not be able to switch tanks.
Take a look at the selector switch on your dash, it may be bad.

I just wanted to let you guys know I got her running. Couldn't have done it with out you guys, My heart felt apreciation to all of you especially you Subford.

I believe it was just a bad connection on the tank selecter switch, although I'm not entirely sure because at the same time I elimnated the enertia switch (temporaly) to make sure that wasn't the problem. I'm just relieved its running than anything. As long as there's no more problems down the road.
