98 Explorer runs rough
Hello all. I have a 98 ford Exploder and it has a 5 speed manual. Upon start up and 10-15 min of driving it runs fine. But after it warms up it stutters or misses hard to tell. At idle it runs fine but while shifting through gears it will start to surge or hesitate. I've changed O2 sensors, cleaned the MAF, new plugs and wires, checked all fluid levels in diffs and transfer case. Doesnt leak anything but the warmer it gets the worse it gets.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

take it off and clean it, usually stops the harmonics.

Got that all worked out now but still have original problem. I'm changing the fuel filter tomm. Doubt that will fix it though. Do you have to let the filter fill with gas before you hook it to the return line to engine?
