I haven't been into car audio since I was in high school, 10 years ago, and now I've forgotten the very little that I used to know. I just got my new Alpine CDA-9883 for my 01 F250 and was wondering what exactly I need to get to install it. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Geez its the Alpine club....Me too I have one too...I think its a 9825. you could see what Crutchfield will charge for all that stuff. If you are interested its www.crutchfield.com, they usually do not charge anything for the installation hardware if you ordered the stereo from them but I dont think its are very expensive anyways.
I found a mounting bracket and I found the wiring harness on cruthfield. When I get to the install if I have anymore questions of course I'll come back here. Thanks guys.
Hey! Your in good hands with Crutchfield......they have very good directions for installing stereo's but if and when they cant help then I or anybody else will be very willing to help.
