front end alignment

i'm new here but i have a 91 f-150 4x4 with a tough country 4 inch suspension lift all the way around and 35 inch tires. i have been havin problems with the front end seems like since i lifted it. i have adjusted it many times but it still seems to get out of line 1-2 times a year. i've done all i know to do. what can i do to make it stick permanently. all advice appriciated.

What is going out, caster, camber, toe in, out? Is it always the same?

it's toeing in at the top(THIS TIME). no, it's never the same. it will toe in and out i put new camber bushings in it not even a year ago so that shouldn't be the problem.

How much toe in are you running. If you have too much you will see the camber change when you back up , then correct itself when you pull fowards. 0 to 1/8 inch is spec. Make sure your lift kit is still tourqed down. Check cross member for cracks. The older cheaper kits had the tindencey(spelling?) to crack cross member.
