Trucks fixed!!!
After alot of brain storming the truck is fixed. The truck is a99 that would run sometimes and sometimes not. The truck might start the it may not. After checking alot of different things i finally checked the icp pressure and when i seen it was only 130 psi while cranking I decided to change the ipr valve first and what do you know the pressure went up and the truck is still running.

Injection pressure regulator- It regulates, well the injection pressure. It is located on the bottom side of the High Pressure Oil Pump, and it dumps pressure back into the front cover, down to the crankcase to manage injection oil pressure.
