cam selection

first off i'd like to thank yall for all the help on this project so far, my question this time is what cam to use, i have been told the one i have wont work so good with the dynamic compression on pump gas, (read camel ****), its a crane 133042 cam, my motor has the tmi zero deck pistons with a mild port job on the 2bbl heads with screw in studs and alunaman roller rockers, what i'm wantin to do with this motor is just drive it daily, it will go into a 72 f-100 with a c-6 and 3.50 gears, also it'll have a weiend manifold with a 750 and coated headers, all of which i've already bought or acquired through bargaining, what do yall think, should i find a cam with more overlap or what, thanks

What are the cam specs? I really don't want to have to look them up.

It should be ok. But with any performance cam, you should check it with silly putty to verify clearance. Do your pistons have valve reliefs cut in them?
