engine misses

I have a 77 f250 4x4 with a 400 with around 15000 miles on a rebuild. The engine misses throughout driving speed. I did a complete tune up, helped a little. So I did a compression test, all cylinders showed around 130 psi, except #2 showed around 40psi. I did a wet test, no change in the readings.Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be wrong? Thanks!

#2 is very low, could be a sticky valve, leaky head gasket, could be anything really

I'd check under the valve cover for that cylinder first. You might have a stuck valve or a push rod setting on the edge of the lifter etc.
