I have a 2002 Tremor with the 3.0L. I was wandering has anyone put any aftermarket exhaust on their ranger that sounds decent and looks good at the same time? I am thinking of maybe doing dual exhaust but not quite sure. Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated.
I run the gibson dual sport, I've used gibson catbacks for years on alot of my rigs. It a good quality system, deep rumble but not to loud. The dual sport has both pipes exiting together behind the rear passenger tire. I had the muffler shop fab it where both pipes exit in front of the rear passenger tire lighting style. Gibson also has a slpit rear exhaust, where one pipe exits on each side in the rear. You can view them at jusnes modified, he's on the sponsor list to your left or www.jusnesmodified.com, Bob is a member and a sponsor, he has a lot of ranger goodies at decent prices.
yea, i would try that. my 3.0 has a custom made dual built by me. i think it was way too much money for what i got which was just a soft f-150 sound. i wouldnt do it again. also, make sure u find a way to work with the o2 sensors, i believe wendells kit puts it in the catback, which i think would work fine..... mine smokes through o2 sensors
