Slippage or another issue.?
Hi all, this is a request from a friend who has no computer. He has a 2003 F-150. When just driving along in cruise controll it seems to get sluggish. There is no problem with when passing gear or just need to kick it up type situation is needed. this also happens when over drive is off. and when c/c is not being used. I have rode to work with him on occasion and seen it(felt it) happen. Kinda jumps for a while and then comes out of it. Is he looking at tranny issues or should he focus on another area. It has a V-8 and a little over 100 thousand miles. any thoughts are appreciated , thanks Bob
