Still have problems

Now the same truck i have been working on now won't start at all. I will keep it short with a question. Is there any kind of screen or anything in the fuel line before it goes into the head? I am begining to thinlk i have a fuel issue,i am going to change the fuel filter. The fuel pressure is good, cam sensor good, buzz test on injectors ok and even changed the computer and still no start.

Could it possibly be the fuel heater element burned up and blew the PCM fuse with it?

I guess it could be but i changed the pcm and still nothing. tomorrow im am going to hook up the telstar and see what the oil preesure is for the injectors. (ipr &icp) If it is low im thinking thats why the problem only happens once in awhile. The regulator is messing up.

Does the WTS light come on when you turn the key to RUN (before cranking)?
