auto headlights ?

auto headlights ?
Do any of you know how big of deal it would be to upgrade an 01 with the auto headlights like my 02 has?
I am looking at excursions and most of the reasonable 7.3s I am finding are 01s and I guess I'm lazy. I have gotten use to not messing with the headlights, except to throw a magazine over the sensor when it is raining or snowing.
