steering wheel colunm?

Red face steering wheel colunm?
I just want to know if the 73-79 steering wheel colunm, came with a key switch on the colunm?

I wish the ford trucks would go back to the ignition in the dash. I have always thought that was cool. Or better yet, I wish the ignition was on the left side of the dash like the earlier ford trucks.

On the dash is neat but that makes it WAY to easy to steal one of these trucks. Ive had 2 73-79's stolen by someone who had a spare ignition switch.
