08 Superduty
Got my 08 dark toreador red F250 SC SB V-10 6 speed manual,manual transfer case,4.30 LS, w/trailer control,upfitter switches, and premium sound(best of both worlds-luxury and function)Lariat on 3/25.Got about 1100 miles on it so far. LOVE IT!!!Starting to get the smaller accessories on it ,AVS side window visors and rear door window louvres,bug deflector arrives on Mon. N-Fab nerf steps go on tomorrow.(gotta get rid of the stock mud catchers--I mean running boards).Ultimate Liner spray in bedliner,probably next week.Still tryin to find a 4" lift, so I might have to get ahold of Truck Toyz for a 4.5 donahoe racing kit,and do it myself cuz there's nothin local so far. Got a set of Toyo open country MT-35/12.50's mounted on Ion alloy 158s-17X10s to go on once I get em polished up again.Just the start of many"to do's" for my truck.

gshelton, you have an f450??? only get 9.5 mpg??? thats with the 6.4 diesel right? if i'm not mistaken the f450 only comes with the diesel...if thats the case, i feel for ya. i might want to head back to the syaeler and ask them about it. but then again, they will just tell you that they dont know what kind of milage they are supposed to get because its a new engine. good luck...

About 2 weeks ago got a 08 F-250 w/5.4L/3.74 with XLT 4x4 Off Road package. The first 100 or so miles you can feel the computer learning the car/shift points so don't worry if she is a bit rough. My truck was fresh off the delivery truck with 18 miles on the gauge. Gas milage is around 16mpg and have 700 miles on her now. Have towed a 6k enclosed 18 ft car trailer and she handles that nicely. While it is not a powerhouse and nimble like a race car, nor should it be! i went with the 5.4L engine to help gas milage and, frankly, do not speed on public roads (save that for the SCCA, COMSCC, FCA, etc track days). Very solid truck, no problems so far (knocking on wood), and she really is a nice proper ride versus the 'comfy couch' 2007 F-150 i test drove and hated.
All in all am VERY pleased.

F450/2008- how the heck were you getting 23 mpg in a dually?? Did you swap a cummins in it? I know I have a 7.3, but I'm only getting 13.7 mpg.Anyone have that link to a 08 with flames coming outta the exhaust??
