A few companies make them, can't give you a name off the top of my head. What I usually uses is a piece of 4" or 4 1'2" thin wall (11 ga. or so) cut in half lengthwise. Trace the outline of the tubing over the frame rail where it is centered over the axle tube. Cut out that section of frame, weld in the tubing. Quick, easy, cheap, and works good.
