Having trouble with finding a certain hood scoop for my truck. I am looking for an aftermarket tear drop hood scoop the old thunderbolts, galaxies and falcons had. I am looking for steel or fibrglass. Any information would help me alot.

 

The 1964/65 Thunderbolt scoop was moulded into the hood, and no Falcon ever came a factory hood scoop. The 1960/63 Falcon hood (C0DZ-16612-A) has a slight raised rounded off impression as part of the hood, but that's it. The 1969 and later Galaxies fake hood scoop is identical to the ones the Mustangs used (C9ZZ-16C624-A). I know of no Ford that ever had a factory tear drop hood scoop.
