6 Speed???

Hey, got a question. What is the best fluid for our six speed trans, i need to change but am not sure what to use... '99.5, 6 speed, 2wd.

I used mobil 1 syn...I think you'll like it and find that guys recommend it. Shifts easier once I switched

I use Royal Purple ATF.

Royal purple "Synchromax" Manual trans fluid -here. Synscromax- specially formulated for manual transmissions requiring ATF. I appreciate it the most in the cold months during winter. No- missed/hard shifts this past winter with this stuff.

I was going to go with the synchromax, but RP's website used to say that manuals that require mercon ATF should use RP's Max ATF instead of synchromax. I will admit that I haven't checked their site in the last year or so.

Hey guys thanks for the help, i just did a new clutch and you always loose some then... I figured it might be time to change it, about how much does it take???
