I also don't like to see teams lose competitiveness because they can't pay their players when they "grow out of their current worth" if you will. I'm a big fan of hockey in general, and would hate to see a team that looks to be having a revival, fall back into the depths of mediocrity.

Great to see Linden get the game winner, it's been a long time since he's had a playoff goal.
