patch panels for 49 f-3?

Ive been looking in all my cataloges and I havent found any patch panels for my '49 f-3 that i need. ive been looking for the rear of the front fender... the part right next to the door. i need them for both front fenders. do they even make them? if so where can i get them?

One of our members, "Reamer" was making these patches for the larger trucks. Send him a PM and see if he's still doing it. He might jump in if he happens to be around.
