A couple of screw drivers. The only thing that is really special is the plastic cap that you take off near the door handle, a knife works pretty good to pry it off, everything else is phillips head screws IIRC. Oh and the bolt that holds the handle needs to come out, it is behind that plastic plug, I want to say 10mm.

If they are like my 01, all you need is a #2 phillips screw driver. The panel itself lifts staight up about an inch, then pulls off. It doesn't use the old style push in retainers. It has L shaped tabs that slide down intro slots in the doors. So if you try to pry the panel out, you will break the tabs and the panel will be loose forever.
