Van will not Turn Over..

What would Cause the Engine not to turn over on My Van? The Battery is Charged, It has a New Starter, New Solinoid, new Ignition Switch, but when You turn the Key, Nothing Happens!! I can Hear the Fuel Pump Start and that is It. Any ideas??

What year, what engine? That will help, if it's a pre '93 E250 or E350, or a pre '92 E150 then it has an adjustable ignition switch. The key may be turning but the switch may not be traveling to the correct spot.

Ok, the switch has elongated holes in it. Try setting the switch right dead in the middle and see what happens. If that fails call a buddy or your wife and have them help. Grab a test light and pull the wire off the "S" (should be a single wire with a rubber boot on one small terminal) and see if you have power there when the key is in the "START" position.

jump 12 volts to to the s terminal
if it starts then the problem is in the switch system
including the neutral saftey switch
