I don't have time to do the search, BHinVA, but there's plenty of good reading here on it.
I think you need a T20 Torx and a screwdriver to remove it. Then get some CRC Electrical Contact Cleaner or equal and spray the wires good. Don't touch the wires. Then reinstall it.
If you've never done it, the sensor is located behind the air filter.
