summit fuel pump
I just installed a new fuel pump from summit and now no fuel. has any body used these pumps and had any problems. I'm wondering if the in and out ports are reversed on these pumps.

Mechanical pump?
Did you "pump" it by hand and see if you get suction on one port?
Does the arm match your original arm exactly. There are variations that look kinda right, but actually never gets to eccentric on cam and thus NO pumping action after you install it.

I figured it out, the intake and out let were reversed, I had talked to the tech people at summit before I installed the pump and they told me wrong. The pump is built to go on the passenger side a car. Summit’s guys must not be informed the pump sits on the drivers side.

You figured it out yourself and that's what i found, do your homework with the manufactures etc before buying from Summit.
