Your best bet is the 1992-1997 F-350 axle. I have done this conversion, and it is pure bolt on. Be sure that you get ALL the little things you need from the donor truck like the sway bar (optional), sway bar mount tabs on the frame, the pitman arm, the whole steering linkage, the track bar and crossmember to track bar bracket, and the lower leaf spring mounts.
Your F-250 upper leaf spring mounts will work, and your brake calipers will work too.
Expect to pay $800-1800 for this axle, people really try to price gouge. If you need any help, I have done this conversion, and can help you any time via the PM system here.

Reason: forgot vital information
I used a 91 F350 axle, paid $1500 for it at a wrecker and had to completely go through the thing. It was essentially a pretty good core. Its a king pin type which I prefer over ball joints but either one will be fine. I also installed a detroit Tru-trac while I was at it and am very satisfied with it. The 91 does use the earlier calipers but the same hubs. Also the track bar and bracket are required and if you have lifted the truck beyond the standard F350 height, you will have to either get a track bar drop bracket, or do what I did, which was to bolt the thing to the top of the mount at the axle. This seems to work fine but prevents using the anti-sway bar as that space, I found out after installlation, is for the sway bar. I can send pics if you want. You will also notice a rougher ride (mine is now nick-named "The Buckboard", but its worth it to me - the TTB isnt suitable for lifting on a work truck.
