Exhaust recommendations

I have a 2001 Lightning and need some input on a problem. The exhaust has developed a fluttering sound. At low speeds in overdrive, when I ease into it it sounds almost like a Harley motorcycle. The exhaust has about 10K miles on it. The exhaust consists of two Magnaflow mufflers, high flow cats, "H" pipe just before the mufflers, and factory tips. All of this was installed before I bought the truck. I have put about 3-4K miles on it and noticed the exhaust is a little louder now and has the annoying fluttering sound. Any advice is welcomed.

What is the best sounding set-up on these trucks, If I replace the one I have?

Thanks!!!
